Fully furnished apartments and an automated parking garage

Hollywood’s busy development landscape keeps growing, and we’re getting a look at yet another project—this one planned for a site just off Highland Avenue on Selma.

Next to the planned Modera Hollywood project, the mixed-use building would contain ground-floor offices for coworking space, and 51 apartments on the floors above—eight of which would be for very low-income tenants.

Renderings of the project from developer HBCS give a glimpse of how the complex would look when complete.

The units would be rented fully furnished, with flexible leases aimed at catering to business travelers and people in the entertainment industry, says Jennifer Chen, CEO and President of HBCS.

Resident amenities would include a pool off the second floor, a rooftop deck, and a gym facing Selma Avenue, says Jennifer Chen. Half of the units would have private balconies.

The Code Solution-designed project would provide 29 parking spaces in a fully automated garage by The Automatic Parking Solution.

It’s HBCS’s first project in Hollywood. Ideally, the company would like to start construction by the middle of next year, but that’s very optimistic, says Chen. An official timeline for the project has not been released.
